職極 - 客戶信息收集表
職極GigGiK 致力於為香港企業提供各種服務。為更有效率地提供服務，此表格只適用於收集客戶對服務相關之信息。所收集到的信息只供內部參考及使用，並於12個月內刪除。
The purpose of this Form is to gather information from the referees regarding the interested clients. Kindly note that all collected information (Including Personal Data) will be used strictly for internal purposes and will be deleted within a period of 12 months.

All information collected by GigGik Technology Limited, including text, images, videos, audio, links, and other data (hereinafter referred to as "Information"), is provided for reference purposes only.
We make every effort to review the accuracy of the information but cannot guarantee its absolute correctness. We shall not be held legally liable for any errors or omissions that may result in any losses.
We will retain your company and personal data only for the necessary period to fulfill our collection purposes, including compliance with any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
